We would like to thank you all for the well wishes and the support during this difficult time. Many patients and colleagues sent flowers and cards, and many attended his burial. It was a very beautiful goodbye to a great man. We have really enjoyed reading all of the cards and are very appreciative of the overwhelming gratitude and support offered by the community.
